A connector might occasionally stop working for various reasons. Most often, this is due to authorization issues, meaning the access permissions that allowed the connector to function have been removed or have expired.
In such cases, you can usually fix the connector by re-authenticating it. Next we describe the needed steps for re-authentication.
1. Log in to Sellforte and navigate to Connectors
2. Click the gear icon of the broken connector
Here we use Facebook Ads connector as an example, but same steps apply to any other connector as well.
3. Click re-authenticate
4. Re-complete the connection flow
Depending on the connector, run through the needed steps of the connection flow.
The specific authorization method for the connector will determine the exact process. You might encounter a button like below, that will direct you to the platform's authorization workflow. Even if a message indicates "Authentication Succeeded," it's important to proceed by clicking "Re-authorize Connection" and going through the platform's authorization steps once more.
6. Click Save & Test and you are forwarded back to Sellforte
You are ready! π
