How do I pay? How do I manage my subscription?

This article describes what payment methods Sellforte supports, how the invoicing works, and how the subscription can be managed.

Sellforte supports various common payment methods, such as:

  • credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and China UnionPay)

  • bank redirects (e.g. iDEAL, giropay)

  • SEPA direct debit

  • bank transfers.

The available payment methods may change over time.

Unless otherwise specified in your agreement, fees are invoiced at the start of each subscription period (e.g. month) with a 30-day payment time and the invoice is sent to the email address specified on your account. If you have a payment method saved on your account, it will be automatically charged.

To avoid missed payments, keep your contact details and payment methods up to date in the customer portal, which is linked in the Sellforte UI. You can manage your subscription in the same portal. You can also inform us of any changes by sending an email to notices@sellforte.com.
