No, it doesn’t need to be the owning account specifically. As long as the user creating the connection has the required level of access, the connection will work.

It depends on the connector. Usually you need Admin or Manager level accesses to create the connection succesfully. This is specified in the connector-specific instructions.

Yes. If those ad accounts have been active and are relevant to the time period we're modeling, they should all be connected. This ensures we have full visibility into media activity and can build the most accurate model possible.

Yes. The connection is tied to the individual's profile (e.g., Facebook or Google account), so if that user loses access or their permissions are revoked, the connector will break. However, this isn’t a major issue. Sellforte automatically monitor connector health, and if something breaks, we will notify you. Re-authorizing the connection should be a quick and easy process.

Yes you can. Most of the time, you can connect multiple ad accounts through one connector, so usually it is not necessary. On the other hand, for example, with Google Ads, it may be necessary to create multiple connectors if you have multiple accounts.
