Sellforte can fetch your historical data up to 3 years by using the same template that you just used to connect your data. You need to create a copy of that file, and here's how:

Step 1: Create a copy of your Supermetrics Google Sheet -file

1. In Google Sheet, click "File" and choose "Make a copy"

2. Add "Backfill" to the filename to indicate it's the backfill file, click "Share it with the same people" and then "Make a copy"

Step 2: Refresh all queries once on the backfill file

1. From "Extensions" menu, choose Supermetrics and click "Refresh all"

This authenticates the queries with your Supermetrics license. This is needed so that your Sellforte contact(s) can work on the sheet and process the backfill.

2. Done! Now Sellforte can use this backfill file to fetch your historical data for MMM modelling and you don't have to do anything else 😊
