Yesterday, the leader of Finnish Design Shop's performance marketing team, Johanna Kuparipuro, walked us through how her team is using Marketing Mix Modeling to drive more sales & profit and optimize marketing ROI. This was the first webinar with a performance marketing leader as guest, and it was really inspiring to hear how they use MMM! I'll share my favourite parts from the webinar in the upcoming weeks.
π Analysing customer happiness survey results
Every year, we run a customer happiness survey, where we collect feedback to our product and service, and measure our NPS. Our customer teams work hard throughout the year to help customers improve marketing performance, so this is an important reflection point for us. This week we started workshopping the results, so that we can continuously improve. The NPS was 56 in 2022, and 59 in 2023. We'll publish this year's NPS in a longer blog post soon, but let's just say that we have something to celebrate in our all-hands meeting later today π
