⭐ Webinar with Finnish Design Shop announced!

I'm really excited about this webinar for two reasons. Firstly, it's a really cool company - largest online store of Nordic design products in the world. Secondly, it's the first time we'll have the leader of a performance marketing team as our main speaker. June 6th 3.30pm CET. Registration link in the comments in case you have missed it.

πŸ—οΈ Lots of onboardings this week

We have a team structure where many of our development team members are also participating in delivering onboardings. The strength of this model is that developers are very close to customers and can identify development needs based on direct feedback. The weakness is that sometimes the customer-related workload can surprise. This can happen if there's lots of customers coming in at the same time, or if there's customers with new data sources where the connectors and processing are not standardized yet. This was one of those weeks.

πŸ’™ Peer feedback process kicked off

Every 6 months, we run a peer feedback process in our teams. Objective is to support personal growth of Sellforteans. Everyone fills in a self-evaluation form and also a feedback form for each of the team members. This is complemented with observations from a career coach in a discussion that follows. We're still in the early phases of developing this process but so far it has been highly appreciated.

🍦 Ice cream event

We have a bi-weekly breakfast event at the office every Wednesday, but this Wednesday was extra special since Chris and Eeva hosted an ice cream afternoon event at the office as well 😍
