What's been happening at Sellforte this week?

πŸ€– Automated model calibration.

πŸ§‘β€πŸ”¬ Growing our Data Science team.

πŸ΄β€β˜ οΈ Battling pirates.

πŸ’» Preparing for the public demo next Tuesday.

πŸ€– Automated model calibration. We want to be the easiest Marketing Mix Modeling solution to get started with. But at the same time, we want to get the modeling results right with every single customer. Model calibration is one key step in the onboarding process for ensuring this, and we still have some manual tasks in the model calibration pipeline. This week we made progress in automating some of those.

πŸ§‘β€πŸ”¬ Growing our Data Science team. We are a Data Science company, and we're almost continuously searching for additions to our Data Science team to be able to serve the increasing amount of customers. Our Data Science recruiting team has put a lot of work into interviews recently.

πŸ΄β€β˜ οΈ Battling pirates. We want to make it easy for marketers to book demos with us, so we added the possibility to our website to book a demo meeting directly from our commercial team member's calendar some time ago. However, we recently started seeing fake bookings, some of which are probably not even bots based on the creative fake names and the fact that we're using reCAPTCHA. Are others getting similar treatment as well? The creative fake email names gave us some good laughs at lunch discussions for a while, but we still decided to change to a booking system that makes it easier to block the fake ones.

πŸ’» Preparing for the public demo next Tuesday. We've been updating our demo with latest product features this week. We have a good number of registrations for the event - excited to see you all there!
