Scenarios that you build in Sellforte Media Optimizer can be saved for later use. They can also be shared to your colleagues or other users of your Sellforte environment.

All scenarios are saved by default to the users profile. Saved scenarios can be accessed by clicking the file icon:

A saved scenario can be deleted by clicking the trash icon:

A scenario can also be published as “global”, meaning that other users can use the same scenario. A scenario is never global by default. A scenario can be published as global by clicking the globe icon:

A global scenario can be accessed by other users from the scenario menu, by clicking “Copy public scenario” and selecting the wanted scenario:

A global scenario can be made private again only by the creator of the scenario. A global scenario can be made private by clicking the eye icon:
